New Song
first and foremost, i’m a musician—then a beatmaker. what i shit out in 2 minutes has more musical content than the noise OddFuture dick rider fucks are indoctrinated to think is cool (just an example, don’t get butthurt). i’m not a 4 chord progression. and it even gets scarier when i actually take the time to think about the shit i make.
anyway, i obviously spent more time on this beat. it probably is one of the better ones i’ve made, but the goal intended wasn’t to make a beat to showcase what I am capable of as a producer. it just comes out when you’re passionate. in my opinion, frustration is a precursor to passion, the same way people often regress prior to profound realization. in short, too many things are happening in my life too quickly that sometimes i feel the need to slow down and find a dark place to press buttons to make sounds. i don’t bitch because of it. i don’t make excuses, and i sure as hell don’t need any goddamn validation to make me feel competent in any aspect of my life. i already know i am.
i apologize. i’m tired. it’s the type of crazy shit that makes you wanna say, “It’s not enough that I should succeed — others should fail.”
And I may be annoyed enough to wish this upon people.
This is amazing Derek.

ANIMALS DESERVE THE SAME ATTEMPT IN RESCUING AS ANY HUMAN BEING AFTER ANY NATURAL DISASTER.
Immediately after a natural disaster strikes, very little effort is undertaken to save pets that are trapped in locked houses and if happened upon by emergency relief personnel in search of people, the pets are simply passed by. Worse yet are the pets that have escaped the confines of their homes. Out on their own, scared and hungry, fearing everything, they search for food and a safe place to hide. Most emergency relief personnel will stay clear of the pets that they encounter along the way for fear that the pets have become dangerous after being without food and drinking nothing but contaminated water. In Hurricane Katrina’s aftermath, one newspaper reporter wrote, “Many of those animals sit forlornly on the rooftops of flooded homes, slowly starving to death as rescue boats ignore them, looking for people instead. Some have even tried swimming to boats, only to be rebuffed by the rescuers.”
It breaks my heart to think of all the animals that have been left behind and abandoned by rescuers. Just because they aren’t human beings, does not mean they don’t need help!
Humans must always come 1st, eh? What a shame! Animals also deserves the same treatment as humans!
There are many posts about this, but here is mine:
